This tool generated from various empirical correlations helps in quick solutions for various designs and reducing the overall turnaround time in addition to the swift response to customer's technical queries by predicting Thermal and Hydraulic performance of a Heat exchanger. Following tools are used for predictions:

Single Phase Tool for Radiators & Heater Cores
Two Phase Tool for Condensers

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)

CFD is spear heading R & D progression by being effective in optimizing designs at concept stage. Reducing overall development time in turn aids in reducing the physical validation in product development cycle.

PVL is streamlining its products making them effective, lighter and robust with the use of CFD tool ANSYS FLUENT.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

FEA helps tremendously in optimization of stiffness, strength visualizations and also in minimizing weight, materials and costs. PVL is using FEA for optimal product design at concept level leading to an overall reduction in product development cycle and understanding the root cause of failures occur in field by closely simulating the field conditions.
