PVL’s facility at Faridabad, incorporates the latest technology and infrastructure for the manufacture of Aluminium Brazed Heat Exchangers. With a capacity of over 1.0 million units per year, its product portfolio includes a wide range of Condensers, Heater Cores and Battery Cooling Systems.

This world class manufacturing unit has state-of-the-art machines and equipment sourced from the global best. Controlled Atmospheric Brazing (CAB) furnaces, automated core builders, fin mills and a world class leak detection system are at the core of the manufacturing where quality is created in process as critical quality parameters are checked and controlled online using sophisticated equipment and Poka Yoke.

Helium Leak detection systems, the ultimate in leak detection technology, are deployed online to ensure that zero leak heat exchangers are delivered to the customer.

This PVL facility was stablished in 1992 with the key intent to become the leader in the domestic space and achieve global competitiveness in quality, cost and delivery capabilities thus becoming the outsourcing base of choice for the global automotive industry. It upgraded its technology in 1998 for manufacturing NOCOLOK Brazed Aluminium Heat Exchangers and widen its product range. Pranav entered the Electric Vehicle segment with the manufacture of Battery Cooling System (BCS) in 2018 and has plans for Electric Cabin Cooling System (eCCS) as well.

Its competitive advantage largely comes from the technological support it receives from some of the best known global leaders in their respective technology spheres.
